By: Amberdata

Amberdata Co-Founder and COO, Tongtong Gong, was highlighted in a techfundingnews.com article on May 5, 2022. This comes with big news, as Amberdata recently secured $30M in its Series B funding round, bringing the total amount raised to $47M, along with a $330M valuation.
Tongtong has been a key player in the crypto community for years, and she was recently a speaker at the Avalanche Summit 2022 and the moderator for the "Decentralization and the Data Economy" panel at ETHDenver 2022. She founded Amberdata in 2017 with Shawn Douglass, who is the CEO of the company.
“We’ve seen our revenue double in the first quarter of this year as the world’s largest financial institutions come to us for the critical data they need for research, trading, risk, analytics, reporting and compliance as they enter digital assets," said Douglass in a recent interview.
This new round of funding allows Amberdata to continue to fund product innovation and expand go-to-market in the United States and internationally to address the accelerating institutional adoption of digital assets.
